The Tenth District Court of Appeals provides the following services to the residents of Franklin County:
- Hears appeals from all divisions of the Franklin County Court of Common Please, the Franklin County Municipal Court, the Ohio Court of Claims, and numerous state agencies.
- Hears civil and criminal appeals, appeals from administrative agencies, as well as original actions.
