Children in Franklin County are invited to participate in a statewide coloring contest to possibly be featured in a future Children’s Visitation Sticker Calendar!
Children are asked to create a picture of their very own on a letter-size (8.5x11) plain white paper in landscape layout. The child’s first name and age should appear on the front.
Parents and guardians can submit the drawing and a completed release form by September 1st, 2025, to:
