This event is being hosted by Molina Healthcare in partnership with Cityblock, and Make-A-Day will also be on-site with our food truck to help create a welcoming atmosphere while connecting community members with valuable resources.
The Community Health Fair welcomes both Molina members and community residents to receive select health screenings and connect with a variety of community resources.
