Fair Chance Employer Symposium

Join us for the upcoming Fair Chance Employer Symposium. This community-focused event will center around fair chance hiring and the best practices for hiring justice‑impacted talent—a key part of creating the conditions needed for all Franklin County residents to thrive.

At this event, you’ll learn to:

• Apply evidence-based hiring strategies that remove barriers for justice‑impacted individuals
• Engage with legal and human resources frameworks that ensure fairness and compliance
• Draw inspiration from peer employers championing inclusive practices
• Connect with local supports, resources, and business-community collaborations

This event is for companies and business owners who do not offer or only offer limited fair chance employment. This event is NOT for job seekers.
