Make-A-Day is hosting Rooted: A Pop-Up Care Village in partnership with Franklinton Farms. Rooted centers food security as a social determinant of health, bringing fresh produce access, shared meals, and resource navigation together in one place. Rooted will also include Move the Box, expungement and legal navigation services, and warrant clearing support through the Tap In Center.
This event is centered towards adults, older adults, families, and individuals experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, and housing instability.
