Uplift Her Wellness Day 2025

Calling all Ladies of Columbus! Get ready to grab your Sister Squad and join us for the 5th Annual UpLift Her Women’s Wellness Day on Wednesday, June 18, 2025!

The African American Male Wellness Agency (AAMWA) is thrilled to announce that Senator Michele Reynolds will serve as our 2025 Uplift Her Honorary Chair, bringing her passion and commitment to ensuring that all women have access to quality health care screenings and wellness resources.

This year’s event will take place at a new venue – Kasich Hall at the Ohio Expo Center. This spacious location will be transformed into a vibrant Women’s Wellness Oasis, designed to offer a comprehensive and empowering health and wellness experience.

Attendees will have access to a wide range of free health screenings and assessments, including:

Biometric screenings
Mammograms
Colorectal and lung cancer screenings
Peripheral artery disease testing
Maternal health assessments
And more

In addition to health services, the event will feature nutritious food options, interactive wellness activities, movement and dance sessions, aromatherapy, relaxation experiences, and a curated vendor marketplace—all focused on supporting women’s well-being.
