Enroll in Child Support Services

The child support program is designed to work with both parents to promote healthy relationships and successful co-parenting that will enhance the lives of children. The benefit to children is seen in academic success, emotional and behavioral well-being, and more.

The child support program offers these free services:

• Establishing legal paternity (fatherhood)
• Setting an order for child and/or medical support
• Enforcing orders
• Modifying and terminating orders
• Referring parents and caretakers to helpful community programs and supports

• Download, print and complete an Application for Services and return it to the CSEA via email, mail, fax or drop it off in-person.
• If you want us to mail you a copy of the application, call CSEA at 614-525-3275.
• Once your application is received, you will receive a phone call or letter to set up a time to discuss your application and any verifications needed.
• If you are a custodial parent who receives public assistance benefits like OWF (Ohio Works First) cash assistance or Medicaid, an application may not be necessary. Please contact our office for details.
