Make a Payment

Go to the Ohio Office of Child Support Customer Service Portal or download the Ohio Child Support Mobile App from Google Play or the App Store.

Go to Ohio Child Support Payment Central.

• There are no fees for credit card payments.
• Debit, credit, and other payment options are available.

Send a check or money order payable to:

Payments must include at least two of the following items:

• Payor's name
• Payor's Social Security Number (optional)
• SETS Case Number (10-digit number that begins with '7')
• Order Number
• Amount that should be applied

• Select option #5.
• Have your SETS Case Number (10-digit number than begins with '7') ready.

Visit the Child Support Enforcement Agency office. Offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
