Community Partners

The One Door Resource Center also partners with a range of nonprofit and community organizations to offer access to a range of specialized services. Learn more about the assistance available from our community partners and the best day and time to connect with them: 

ADAMH

ADAMH (Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County): Offers access to mental health and substance abuse services, promoting recovery and well-being.

  • Availability: Wednesdays: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Center for Healthy Families

Center for Healthy Families: Offers family-centered services aimed at promoting healthy development and well-being, including parenting education, early childhood programs, and family support services.

  • Availability: Every 3rd Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

 

Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio

Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio: Provides pharmacy services and medication management to low-income, uninsured, and underinsured residents—completely free of charge

  • Availability: Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

Children Services

Children Services: Provides support and intervention services to protect children and strengthen families, ensuring their safety and well-being

  • Availability: Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. -  2:00 p.m. 

Columbus Urban League

Columbus Urban League: Advocates for and provides services that address economic and social disparities, focusing on education, employment, housing, and health.

  • Availability: Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

 

Franklin County Public Health

Franklin County Public Health: improves the health of our communities by preventing disease, promoting healthy living and protecting against public health threats through education, policies, programs and partnerships.

  • Availability: Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. -  2:00 p.m.

Goodwill Columbus

Goodwill Columbus: Contributes expertise in workforce development, job training, and career placement, empowering individuals to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

  • Availability: Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

 

IMPACT Community Action

IMPACT Community Action: Provides a wide array of programs focused on poverty reduction and community empowerment, including housing assistance, energy assistance, and workforce development.

  • Availability: Tuesday & Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

 

OhioHealth Sexual Assault Response Network

OhioHealth Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO): Provides immediate care to survivors of sexual assault at OhioHealth emergency departments and other local facilities. SARNCO also offers aftercare advocacy and free resources for emotional, social, legal and financial support.
