The SNAP Recertification Pre-Interview Questionnaire is a new, optional mobile tool that helps you complete your SNAP recertification easier and faster.

The Pre-Interview Questionnaire is available to:

Residents with or without a Self-Service Portal account
Residents who have opted in to receive Ohio Benefits text messages

Completing this paperwork ahead of time can reduce the amount of time you have to spend on the phone during your interview, and is as easy as signing your application, answering the questions on the form, and submitting your documents.
