The Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF) is a minimum security, American Correctional Association (ACA) accredited, residential prison diversion program for adult male offenders.

Notice of Public Meeting
The Franklin County CBCF will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on June 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Franklin County CBCF. Persons wishing to attend are encouraged to make reservations with the Board Secretary at least 24 hours in advance by calling the facility and selecting Option 5.
No person may bring firearms, dangerous ordnance, weapons of any kind, or controlled substances, including tobacco products, into the facility or onto its grounds, under penalty of law. All persons are subject to security screening of their person and property, including vehicles. Photography and video recording are prohibited without prior approval from the Director.
