Under Ohio Revised Code section 307.51(B), the Law Library provides "legal research, reference, and library services to the county and to the municipal corporations, townships, and courts within the county and shall manage the coordination, acquisition, and utilization of legal resources."
The Franklin County Law Library is dedicated to providing legal resources to all central Ohio citizens.
The Franklin County Law Library cannot provide legal advice or make attorney referrals. Law Library staff members are not attorneys and cannot answer legal questions; they can, however, refer you to helpful legal resources. It is up to you to request the specific information, resources, or forms that you need. If you are unsure, consult an attorney.
