Project Overview
This project was to create a comprehensive plan to address land use, transportation, general design and other planning issues facing the community for the next 10-20 years.
It was a consensus-based process using a working committee, public meetings and department review to reach a consensus. The project was suspended prior to the creation of a plan document.
