SAVE THE DATE - Community Dog Walking!

Lace up your walking shoes and join us on Sunday, August 24th, 2025 from 9am - Noon for Community Dog walking and help us walk our shelter dogs!

Every walk helps give our shelter dogs the exercise, love, and one-on-one time they need while they wait for a loving home.

On arrival, please head around back to the large fully fenced in walking yard, located in the rear of the building, enter through the gate and check in at the registration table.

What to Expect:

• This is a family-friendly event, all ages are welcome. (Primary dog walkers must be 18+ years of age.)

• Walk and spend time with our adoptable dogs – our team will match you with the perfect pup for your walk.

• All supplies provided by the shelter (leashes, waste bags, treats, etc. – just bring comfy clothes & sturdy walking shoes.)

• Shelter staff will guide you every step of the way to ensure the best walking experience and to answer any questions you may have.

Let’s come together, walk some dogs, and make a difference – one step and one dog at a time!
