Behavioral Health Coverage
If you're enrolled in the health plan, you have access to behavioral health benefits for services that go beyond the short-term support provided by the Emotional Wellbeing Solutions or EWS (formerly EAP). Your behavioral health benefits are provided through Optum and United Behavioral Health. These benefits cover a wide range of services from both in-network and out-of-network providers.
Access Support for All Needs
Get continuous support for mental or behavioral health concerns and long-term needs. Schedule virtual or in-person appointments with licensed counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals. Get support with the following:
- Counseling: Treatment for conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress.

- Medication Management: Support from psychiatrists for managing prescriptions related to mental health.
