These initiatives are tailored to enhance the overall well-being of employees, spouses/domestic partners, dependents, and in some cases immediate family members. ThriveOn programs address all aspects of wellness and are available at no cost, unless otherwise noted.

Gym Membership Reimbursement

Support for maintaining physical fitness through gym memberships. Available to benefits-eligible employees and their benefits-enrolled spouses/domestic partners.

Wellness Your Way

This program empowers employees and enrolled spouses/domestic partners to prioritize their wellbeing goals and healthy living while earning up to $1,000 in incentives. Participants have the flexibility to choose how they engage in wellness activities. Available to benefits-eligible employees and their benefits-enrolled spouses/domestic partners.

Health Coaching

Personalized paths, powerful progress. The health coaching program, led by WebMD Health and Wellness Coaches, helps you develop a personalized action plan to steadily progress towards achieving your health goals. Available to benefits-eligible employees and their benefits-enrolled spouses/domestic partners.

Health Engagement Nurses

Unlock your health potential. UHC Health Engagement Nurses promote health through informed healthcare decisions, guide the use of UHC tools, provide comprehensive health education, offer ongoing support for chronic conditions, and assist in finding healthcare providers tailored to individual needs. Available to benefits-eligible employees and benefits-enrolled spouses/domestic partners.

Onsite EAP Consultant

Discover new strengths, drive new success. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Consultant from Optum offers support for work-life balance, parenting, stress, and more. They also provide referrals for additional services tailored to your needs. Available only to benefits-eligible employees.

Mental Health

Behavioral Health Coverage

Your path to peace of mind. If you're enrolled in the health plan, you have access to behavioral health benefits through Optum and United Behavioral Health. Get ongoing support for mental health concerns, including counseling, psychotherapy, medication management, and substance use treatment. Your first 30 visits are covered at no cost. Guide growth, generate brighter futures. A free and confidential program for parents and caregivers to support and enhance the mental well-being of the children in your life. This program is available to all Cooperative members.

Emotional Wellbeing Solutions (EWS)

Confidential care, whenever you need it. This program provides confidential support for everyday challenges. These resources are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Available to benefits-eligible employees, spouses/domestic partners, dependents, and household members, regardless of enrollment in the medical plan.

Easy access to affordable medication. Employees enrolled in the medical plan automatically receive prescription drug coverage through OptumRx.
