Easy access to affordable medication. Employees enrolled in the medical plan automatically receive prescription drug coverage through OptumRx. Vision Coverage

Clear vision, bright future. Included in the bundled health plan, the vision benefit through VSP covers annual eye exams and provides allowances for contacts or eyeglass lenses every 12 months and frames every 24 months. Smart spending, sharper savings. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) let eligible employees use pre-tax dollars for medical, dental, vision, prescription, and dependent care expenses. Participation is voluntary, and you don’t need to be enrolled in the health plan to qualify. The plan year runs from January 1 to December 31.
