WeightWatchers offers flexible programs to fit your individual lifestyle. Living with diabetes? Breastfeeding? Taking a GLP-1? You can now easily customize the Points Program right in the WW app to better fit your life right now. Below is a short description of the available programs offered through our partnership.
Franklin County has partnered with WeightWatchers to provide all employees and their benefits-enrolled spouses WeightWatchers memberships at no cost to you.

Weight Watchers’ Points Program helps build healthy habits one small change at a time with program elements, such as individualized programs, community, easy-to-use trackers, and 24/7 support. You also get unlimited access to Workshops led by WW Coaches who are experts specially trained in Weight Watchers’ nutrition and behavior change science. You can also access in-person and virtual workshops and experiences.
Eligibility: Available to all employees and their benefits-enrolled spouses/domestic partners.
Weight Watchers’ Diabetes Program helps you lose weight with a program specifically tailored to those living with Diabetes. And you can sync the WW app with select CGMs.

Taking weight management medication? Weight Warcherss’ GLP-1 Success Program provides tailored support specifically designed for those taking GLP-1 weight management medications.

Weight Watchers® Menopause Program
Weight Watchers for Menopause is specially designed to support women through the menopause transition. This program provides a specific menopause curriculum and nutrition guidance to help optimize overall health during menopause. Plus, there are menopause specific workshops and connect groups, which provide connection to others going through a similar journey.
Eligibility: Available to all employees and their benefits-enrolled spouses/domestic partners
All the benefits of the GLP-1 Success Program PLUS comprehensive support from a dedicated clinician and care team who specialize in obesity management to support your journey in achieving healthy and sustainable weight-loss. This program is strongly encouraged for those taking or considering weight-loss medications.
- Weight-loss medications are covered under the OptumRx pharmacy plan (subject to copays) if you meet certain criteria.
Eligibility: Employees and spouses/domestic partners enrolled in the health plan. Must meet specific clinical criteria for participation.
