The Emotional Wellbeing Solutions (EWS) offers confidential support for everyday challenges. These resources are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. EWS is available to benefits-eligible employees, their dependents and household members, even if they aren’t enrolled in the medical plan. Your EWS benefit allows 8 free counseling sessions per presenting problem per plan year. This benefit is provided at no cost to you.

Face-To-Face and Virtual Counseling
Eight visits per problem, pear year. A network of mental health clinicians provide goal-oriented counseling. Call 1.800.354.3950, TTY 711, or visit liveandworkwell.com to obtain your authorization code and schedule your first visit.

How to Schedule Counseling
When scheduling one of your 8 free sessions, the provider will ask for your benefit information and an authorization code.
To obtain that code call 1.800.354.3950 or visit liveandworkwell.com and enter access code EAP.
- Select 'Go to Emotional Wellbeing Solutions'.
- Log in with a unique username.
- Click 'Benefits' at the top of the page and then select the 'Emotional Wellbeing Support Digital Authorization' tile, then follow the steps.

Worklife Services
Find support for parenting, childcare, eldercare, chronic conditions and convenience services like pet care. WorkLife specialists can supply educational materials and no-cost referrals to verified resources.
Your Emotional Wellbeing Solutions and WorkLife Services are available to you at no extra cost as part of your benefits. Access EWS resources at liveandworkwell.com and use the access code EAP. For additional information, call the 24/7 EWS Helpline at 1.800.354.3950, TTY 711, a EWS Specialist will provide an authorization code.

Enhanced Eldercare
Taking care of an elderly family member can be stressful, especially in addition to all of your other responsibilities. Through Optum you can receive up to 6 hours of free help from experienced professionals who can:
- Assess your loved one in their current living situation and create a care-planning report.
- Discuss ways to support your family member in their home • Help plan and monitor in-home and facility care.
- Review financial, legal and medical concerns to make referrals for long-term care, if needed.
- Assist with locating respite care.
- Provide care for the caregiver.
Specialists are available 24/7 at 1.800.354.3950, TTY 711, to assist you. All calls and use of services are kept confidential.
