Whether you’re navigating workplace conflict, responding to a critical incident, or proactively strengthening team well-being, there are dedicated resources available to help you lead with confidence.

Below is an overview of services and programs available to support you and your agency.

Personalized Resources

UnitedHealthcare Health Engagement Nurses promote health through informed healthcare decisions, guide the use of UHC tools, provide comprehensive health education, offer ongoing support for chronic conditions, and assist in finding healthcare providers tailored to individual needs.

Our Onsite EAP Consultant is available to help employees navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s managing stress, improving work-life balance, or parenting support—and can connect employees with additional resources tailored to their needs.

For physical wellness, Exercise Consultations with our OhioHealth Wellness Consultant provide personalized fitness guidance to help employees build confidence, stay motivated, and move safely toward their goals. To support nutritional health, Nutrition Consultations, with our OhioHealth Wellness Consultant offers expert advice on improving eating habits, managing conditions like high cholesterol or blood sugar, and fostering a positive relationship with food. In addition, our OhioHealth Wellness Consultants can support your agency with Onsite Wellness Programs.

Well-Being Leadership Forums

These forums are designed to provide support for you as a leader, focusing on critical well-being topics. Join fellow Franklin County Cooperative leaders to share challenges, successes, experiences and ideas to best support your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of your teams. 2026 topics include:

  • Leading to Wellbeing
  • Your Leadership Voice – Speaking with Clarity, Confidence, and Credibility
  • Disillusioned – Learning to Lead from Where You Are

Complete at least 2 of the 3 sessions to earn credit for a $50 Well-Being Activity incentive.

Onsite Workshops with ThriveOn

ThriveOn offers interactive workshops and educational sessions tailored to your agency’s needs. These sessions focus on a wide range of wellness topics and are designed to engage employees while providing practical strategies they can apply both at work and at home.

To request a ThriveOn workshop, please complete the Program Request Form.

To ensure adequate coordination and scheduling, please submit any agency program requests at least 30 days in advance, or sooner if possible.

EAP Trainings

 Our dedicated Onsite EAP Consultant hosts monthly EAP trainings on a variety of timely and relevant topics. These sessions provide practical tools and helpful insights that managers can share with their teams. Click here to see all upcoming trainings and download material. 

Agencies can also request a training from the EAP training catalog specifically for their team. To request a customized EAP training, please complete the Program Request Form.

Management Consultations

Management Consultations provide confidential guidance and support to managers, supervisors, and organizational leaders. These consultations are designed to help you navigate complex workplace situations, including:

  • Employee conflict
  • Performance concerns
  • Threats or concerns about workplace violence
  • Team dynamics
  • Navigating organizational change
  • Other sensitive workplace issues

Management Referral

A Management Referral occurs when a manager or HR representative formally refers an employee to Emotional Wellbeing Solutions (EWS) to address a workplace-related concern. In this case, the employee is expected to follow through with EWS recommendations as part of the corrective or supportive process.

Management Referrals can be an effective tool when an employee’s behavior or performance is impacting the workplace and additional structured support is needed. To initiate a Management Referral call 1.800.354.3950.

Supporting Mental Well-Being

For employees who need additional support beyond self-guided strategies, ThriveOn offers a range of confidential mental health resources and benefits designed to meet employees and their families where they are. Managers and teams can also access consultations and trainings that help leaders recognize challenges, respond effectively, and foster a supportive, healthy workplace culture.
