Public Records Search
A majority of our records are related to real estate. Some of the documents our office stores include: deeds, mortgages, releases, liens, assignments, plats, leases and partnerships. There are two documents that we are charged with safekeeping that are not real estate related and are not viewable by the public. These two documents are Living Wills/Healthcare Powers of Attorney and Veteran Discharges (DD-214). Disclaimer: our employees cannot perform a title search for you. If you need an extensive title search done on a property we recommend reaching out to a title company or attorney for that service.

Legacy Search Website
Below is a link to our Legacy Search website. This website is older and is not as fast as the newer Cloud Search platform. All of the records we keep can be found on both websites.

Using this search site also does not require registration or an account. However, if registered, additional functionality such as the ability to save specific searches and administering your escrow account will be available to you.
