Training and development are one of the most critical areas to the success of an organization and their workforce to facilitate mission accomplishment.
The Franklin County Department of Human Resources is excited to announce the launch of our new Learning Management System - U Matter! Our goal is to make training easily assessable and enjoyable for all County employees. The following classes are required training for all Franklin County Board of Commissioners' employees.
Introduction to Franklin County Government & New Hire Orientation
This is an orientation session for all new hires in the Franklin County Board of Commissioners' agencies. A brief introduction to Franklin County Government and its structure will be presented. Employees will gain insight on the collaboration efforts of the different agencies as they work together toward the common goal of servicing the citizens of Franklin County.
