How to Pay in Person

You can drop off payment to drop box preferably by check or cash (exact bill dollar amount or difference would be credited to your account) located on the outside of the Franklin County Memorial Hall Building placed to the left of the entrance.

Checks can also be brought up to our Sanitary Engineering offices located on the second floor between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
