Public Comment Period Open October 15, 2025 - November 14, 2025

The draft 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendments and revisions to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan (adopted as part of the 2021 Annual Action Plan) are available for review and comment for a 30-day public comment period beginning on October 15, 2025 and ending on November 14, 2025.

Franklin County Economic Development and Planning Department will conduct a public hearing on the Substantial Amendments to the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Annual Action Plans and revisions to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan to solicit comments on the draft plans and proposed activities.
