Proposed Substantial Amendments Comment Period Open August 17, 2026 to September 16, 2026.

Franklin County has prepared draft Substantial Amendments to the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Annual Action Plans. These proposed Substantial Amendments are necessary to reallocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG funds) from previously planned activities to fund new CDBG-eligible projects and ensure timely expenditures. The draft plans are available for public review and comment for a 30-day public comment period beginning on August 17, 2026 and ending on September 17, 2026.

Franklin County, Ohio will conduct a public hearing to solicit public comments on the draft Substantial Amendments to the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Annual Action Plans. Oral and written comments can be submitted during the hearing. Accommodations for disabilities, non-English speaking residents and reasonable accommodations will be honored upon request.
